What information should I include in my inquiry?+
Include the product you make, raw-material condition and temperature, target output per hour or per batch, casing type and diameter or portion weight, voltage and frequency, and any limits on floor space.
Can I send drawings, photos or videos?+
Yes. Send them to [email protected] together with your inquiry details. Photos of your product and current line help our engineers recommend the right model faster.

Yes. Describe each processing stage and the finished product. Machine interfaces, material transfer, closing method and heat treatment can then be reviewed together in one proposal.
How are prices and specifications confirmed?+
Final model, price, lead time, dimensions, utilities and output are confirmed in a formal quotation and the technical documentation for the chosen machine.
What is included with each machine?+
Every machine ships with one set of wearing parts and a 12-month warranty on the complete machine, and our after-sales team supports it through its working life.
