Overview
Accurate vacuum filling for high-output sausage production
A vacuum sausage filler is the machine that sets the pace of a sausage line. It takes batter from the hopper, removes the air and pushes a measured portion into the casing, again and again, at the speed the linker or clipper downstream needs. Portion accuracy, product density and how smoothly the rest of the line runs all depend on it.
Our vane vacuum fillers use a 12-vane pump inside a vacuum chamber. The internal structure is designed to minimise damage to the raw material and keep the original texture and taste of the meat, while the feeding path, vacuum system and precision drive keep dosing accurate, especially with thick and viscous products.
Two models cover most plant sizes: the ZKG-6500 for high-volume lines up to 3,500 kg per hour, and the YZG-6000 for 1,500 kg per hour. Both use servo drive and touch-screen control, so portion weight and speed can be set once and repeated shift after shift.

How a vane vacuum filler works
The principle is simple, and it is the reason vacuum fillers have become the standard for industrial sausage production. The steps below follow the batter from the hopper to the filling tube.

How to choose between the two models
Start with the hourly output of your line. If your linker or clipper runs at high speed and your plant fills more than 1,500 kg per hour, the ZKG-6500 gives you headroom up to 3,500 kg per hour. For smaller plants, or for a second line that runs specialty products, the YZG-6000 covers 1,500 kg per hour with the same 12-vane principle.
Next, look at the product. Emulsified batter for frankfurters flows easily, while coarse-ground batter and products with visible pieces need gentle handling. Tell us the recipe, the particle size and the batter temperature at the hopper, and we will confirm the vane set and filling tubes that suit it.

Applications
Where the filler fits in your line
In a typical sausage plant, meat is ground and chopped, mixed with ice and seasoning, then filled. The vacuum filler sits in the middle of the line: upstream machines prepare the batter, and downstream machines close, link and hang the filled product before it goes into the smokehouse.
Because the filler sets the rhythm of the line, its output should match the linker or clipper that follows it. We size both together, so the whole line runs at one speed and no station waits for another.

Operation, cleaning and maintenance
Portion size, filling speed and vacuum level are set on the touch screen, and the settings for each product can be reused on the next production run. Operators load the hopper, place the casing on the filling tube and let the servo drive handle portioning.
Food contact parts are made of stainless steel for daily cleaning. After each production day, the hopper, feed area, vane pump and filling tubes should be emptied and cleaned according to the operating manual. Wearing parts such as vanes and seals should be checked regularly, and one set of wearing parts ships with every machine so a replacement is on hand.

About Argentina Ever Power
The vacuum sausage filler is one part of a complete range that we supply for sausage and meat processing plants.
Argentina Ever Power Meat Processing Equipment Co., Ltd. supplies industrial sausage and meat processing machinery, from single machines to coordinated processing lines, to meat processors and food factories. Our head office is at Salta 2033, (2400) San Francisco, Córdoba, Argentina.
The range covers six equipment categories: cutting, grinding and dicing; injection, mixing and tumbling; sausage filling; clipping and tying; smokehouses and heat treatment; and material handling. Because the machines are designed to work together, one supplier can match the output of each station, from frozen raw material to the smoked finished product.
Every machine ships with one set of wearing parts and a 12-month warranty on the complete machine. Machines can be adapted to your product, casing and power supply, and our after-sales team supports the equipment through its working life with follow-up visits.
Whether you need one machine or a complete line, our engineers review your process data before recommending a model, so the equipment you receive matches the product you make and the output you need.
Key machine components are produced on CNC machining centers, and complete lines are set up and run in our testing showroom, where customers can see how filling, linking, hanging and smoking equipment work together. The company has also received recognition from industry associations, customers and a university research partner.
Not sure which filler matches your output?
Send your product, casing size and target output per hour. We will recommend the model and confirm the configuration.
Frequently asked questions
Which model should I choose, ZKG-6500 or YZG-6000?+
Choose by hourly output. The ZKG-6500 fills up to 3,500 kg/h for high-volume lines, while the YZG-6000 covers 1,500 kg/h. Send your product and target output and we will confirm the right model.
Can the vacuum filler feed a linking line or a clipper?+
Yes. It can be connected to linking and hanging lines, string tying machines and double clippers. Tell us the downstream machine so the interface is confirmed in the quotation.
Why fill sausage under vacuum?+
Removing air from the batter reduces fat oxidation, gives a denser product without air pockets and keeps portion weights consistent from the first sausage to the last.
Can the filler handle coarse-ground products?+
Yes. The vane pump is designed to reduce damage to the raw material. For products with large pieces, share the particle size so we can confirm the right setup, or consider an electric piston filler.
What power supply does the filler need?+
Standard machines are built for 380 V, 50 Hz three-phase power. Tell us your local supply so the electrical configuration is checked before quotation.
What comes with the machine?+
Each filler ships with one set of wearing parts and a 12-month warranty on the complete machine, with after-sales support through its working life.
